We are a Canadian store on the internet. We sell our products at shows, through our shopping cart, and by email and phone.

Prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Your credit card will be charged in your own currency.

Inquire about discounts for quantity or wholesale purchases.

Taxes
Ontario customers will be charged 8% Retail Sales Tax and 5% GST.
Other Canadian customers will be charged only 5% GST.
GST is added to the order sub-total and to the cost of shipping.
No taxes are charged to out-of-Canada customers.

Discounts on Jump Rings
Jump ring purchases have quantity discounts: 5% discount on more than $150, 10% on more than $250, and 15% on over $500.
The shopping cart is unable to calculate these correctly so we will do it manually when we receive an order. If you have paid by PayPal we will issue you a refund. If you pay by Credit Card we will charge the reduced amount. You will receive a revised invoice by email.

Ordering Process
The online store is a secure website. You can feel confident in entering your credit card information. Alternatively, you can use the PayPal shopping cart and pay with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal funds on their secure website.
As well, you can email or phone us with your order and payment information. Do not send your credit card information by email. Your order will be processed as soon as payment has been cleared and it will be shipped within 24 hours for in-stock items. You will be contacted for instructions concerning out-of-stock items.

A shipping charge of $6.95 will be added to online orders. Refunds or additional charges will be based on the charts below.
Please inform us if you wish to purchase extra optional insurance.
Packages will be shipped by Expedited Parcel, Canada Post unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping Date
We do our best to ship within 1 business day of receiving your order. We will notify you immediately of any unavoidable delays. See the Shipping Charts for costs, options and estimated delivery times.

Delivery Process
We will stand behind the shipping/delivery service we offer through Canada Post. That is why all of the service levels we offer come with a tracking number and insurance options. You can check the Canada Post website for further details about their delivery standards.

Once we give your package to the shipper, we’ve lost control (such as delays at Customs, truck breakdowns). We will do our best to keep you informed if there are problems (e.g. wild fires in CA that closed post offices). In general, please allow up to 10 business days for your order shipped within Canada, 3 weeks for orders to the States, and longer for International.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, so please take care when you enter this information

Delivery Within Canada
The delivery standards at Canada Post are divided into categories: Local, Regional, and National (between major urban centres).

Delivery Cost
The cost of delivery is directly connected to the length of time you choose for a package to be delivered, the distance from my place to yours, and the weight of your package.

Courier Option
If you MUST have your package in the fastest time possible, please call to get an estimate for a courier option offered through Canada Post. This service if offered for delivery within Canada, to the U.S., and Internationally.

Returns
Any unopened/unused products may be returned for refund at the buyer’s expense within 30 days of purchase. Any damaged or defective products may be returned for refund or replacement free of charges within 30 days of purchase. You must contact us prior to returning any products.
